characterized by multiple superficial erosions, painful, h/o exposure 7 days back prior to eruption of lesions, left side inguinal LN palpable & painful.Treatment : syndromic management of the disease done. patient was given Azithromycin 1g stat & doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 3 weeks. and all routine & ELISA for HIV 1& 2 done & was non reactive.
